Wedding Planner
If you are in the midst of planning your wedding, it's always nice to have some way to organize all the important planning information. When you contact us, we will provide you with your own Wedding Workbook, so you can easily plan your special day. This handy wedding planner contains important checklists from the Budget Planning to the Music, from the Flowers to the Reception Seating Plan.
Bartending
All our bartenders have Serving It Right certification.
SIR is BC’s responsible beverage service program. It is designed to encourage a responsible, caring and professional approach to the service of alcohol.
Bartenders Contract Rate: (Min. 8 hour shift)
- Under 100 guests - $20.00/hr. [Includes one bartender]
- Over 100 guests - $30.00/hr. [Includes 2 bartenders]

Serving Staff
HeavenScent Catering takes pride in making sure your special occasion is well organized and beautifully presented. Our professional, courteous, and friendly serving staff will make sure that your event runs smooth from start to finish.
Catering Staff Contract Rate: $15.00/hr. for minimum of one 6 hour shift each.
